Job Vacancy

One to One Support/Accreditation Worker

To deliver volunteer training courses and provide one to one support to young volunteers to obtain accreditation through the ASDAN Awarding Body.

15 hours per week – Temporary contract

(1^st June 2008 to 31^st March 2009)

Salary £10,268 per annum

Candidates must possess Learning & Development A1 Assessors Award

Make A Difference Day
27 October 2007 from 10:00 to 16:00
This year for CSV Make a Difference Day we are asking volunteers to support restoration work by helping with the Stanley Park Heritage Project. The day will be open to everyone in the community, so please come along to meet new people and make new friends in Blackpool, Wyre & Fylde. Interested people can also volunteer for CSV Make a Difference Day with other volunteering opportunities at the Volunteer Centre.

The Volunteer Centre has now moved to North Lodge at Stanley Park.

Having outgrown our premises at 57 Cookson Street we moved to North Lodge at Stanley Park on the 1st June. The move to North Lodge is an extremely positive one for us and will help us to increase our capacity to further develop volunteering within our community . Please feel free to come and view our new premises
